3 Transitional Wardrobe Essentials Inspired from the Runways
It's the beginning of September which if we are looking at technically is autumn, however the first week of September has always been hot- the kind of hot you have been waiting for for the past 6 weeks as you've sat inside endlessly. And as if the weather is trying to piss you off, you now have to go back to school and work and sit inside. Anyway less of the weather rant and more on today's post- where I will be focusing on how to work the transitional wardrobe until the weather settles back to wind and rain.. like it has been all through August (perks of the UK I guess).
Camel Coats
Follow Prada (above) and Giambattista Valli and team the summer brights with autumn camel colours, whether this be with suede (which seems to be in trend for the long run) or cotton, choose a coat that can last the whole autumn/winter season as this colour never gets old.

Add a Blazer
Suits are in, but I'm not saying you should go for a whole office look (unless that's where you're heading) but adding a blazer over your post summer outfits can keep those looks going longer. Add a blazer like Louis Vuitton, the style is up to you. Charity shops seem to have a good choice but if you're not into that many shops offer tailored options.

Tweed is back
Tweed is not the Scottish Highlands plaids it is thought of to be, it has come along way and the contemporary has hit the classic when it comes to this trend. Designers from Rodarte to Chanel to Simone Rocha (above) have had the piece walk their fall runways in forms of suits, skirts, shirts, dresses to scarves so why not do the same?
