Yves Saint Laurent Returns to Couture
Saint Laurent has announced that they will return to Couture after over a decade having a break from designing couture collections. The brand has not done couture since 2002 but plans to get back on the saddle with a new couture collection. Below are some photos taken of the latest collection in their Atelier in Paris.
Yves Saint Laurent is planning to do both male and female pieces but has not yet announced if they will do runway collections or design pieces for celebrities ect. when needed. The pieces will of course be hand sewn in their 17th century mansion; Hotel de Senecterre. I love the photography for this couture collection, and can't wait to see Hedi Slimane's future designs.
